Name: Suburban R/C Flyers

Purpose: To provide good flying conditions, good flying companions, and as a small group, develop your own flying interest.

Administration: by Steering Committee

A five post panel, with full authority on all policies, decisions and matters both financial and otherwise concerning the club.

The panel’s offices shall be:

1. President

2. Vice President

3. Secretary

4. Treasurer

5. Safety Officers (2)

Finance: Operating and other monies necessary shall be levied from the membership in the form of dues, initiation fees, and special assessments.

The Steering Committee will operate as a five (5) office panel whose responsibilities shall be, in general, as follows:

Arrange and officiate all meetings.

Appoint committees as necessary.

Act as administrators for the group in all matters of policy and finance.

Decisions reached by the Steering Committee shall be mutual to all of the panel present at the meeting. Four of five Steering Committee members are necessary to constitute a meeting.

Changes in the Steering Committee shall be made by an appointment by the existing committee whenever a vacancy exists.

To keep membership in formed of decisions and financial conditions.

Two members of the Steering Committee shall hold the position of Safety Directors for safe flying at the field.
